Price List:
1.) 1 to 1,000 words: 1.00 Linden per word.
2.) 1,001 to 2,500 words: 0.85 Linden per word.
3.) 2,501 to 5,000 words: 0.66 Linden per word.
4.) 5,001 to 10,000 words: 0.50 Linden per word.
5.) 10,001 and up: Personal negotiation required.
Each 1,000 words is approximately 2 pages and is dependent on spoken conversations.
The Author will make an attempt to limit the commission to the agreed amount and not charge for reasonable overruns (up to +66%). Substantial overruns may require additional payment at a rate level that is 50% of the total overrun's word count minus the initial 33%.
**Example: Customer orders a 1,000 word story. Due to subject matter, the author is unable to fit the story into the agreed limit and writes a 2,500 word story. The first 66% of the 1,000 words is free. The additional 1,167 words would be paid for at half the 0.85 Linden rate for a total bill of 1,250 Linden.
All fractional amounts are rounded (5/4) to the nearest whole Linden.
The Customer will receive several copies of the story:
1.) One (1) copy in note card format, full permissions, in Second Life.
2.) One (1) copy in text format, e-mailed to Customer.
3.) One (1) copy in PDF format, e-mailed to Customer.
Other formats are available providing Open Office can save to it!

** Rules:
1.) NO "Cub sex" or other sexual age-play. Sexual situations must be limited to characters 16 years of age or older. Adults with adults, teens with teens. No teens with adults.
2.) Customer agrees that the Author may, at his discretion, upload the story to any or all of the above mentioned websites unless Customer specifically forbids the uploading and/or additional publication.
3.) At this time, payment is expected on delivery of story.
Please allow a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.
